Team One, Publicis Groupe’s full-service agency that specializes in luxury and premium brands has namded Kyle Acquistapace Executive Director of Idea Communications. As a part of Team One’s executive leadership team, he will oversee the agency’s media department, public relations and experiential marketing.
“There is such amazing power in having media and creative solving problems together,” said Acquistapace, who aims to find Moneyball-type advantages for Team One’s prestige clients, which include Lexus, Samsung’s ultra-premium appliance brand Dacor, The Ritz-Carlton and Indian Motorcycle. “Most creative agencies really don’t have media practices anymore, or maybe they’ll have just a very small crew with limited resources. But at Team One, the integrated media and communications group is more than 100 people strong and growing. That’s real horsepower.”
With more than 20 years of experience in general agency management, media and analytics, he has helped established brands such as Volkswagen, Sprint, Sony PlayStation and General Motors find growth while sharpening their finite marketing resources and launched or restaged Zillow, HTC, Avvo, Vivint and other brands by finding their strategic foundation, focus and go-to-market approach. As part of Deutsch LA’s executive leadership team, he helped build the shop into a full-service advertising agency that now employs more than 500 people.

Most recently, Acquistapace was at the agency Supermoon, where he served as president. But when he got the call from Team One, he couldn’t refuse.
