Charter Communications, Inc. has hired Rhonda Crichlow as Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer, in a newly created position. Chrichlow comes from Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation where she most recently served as Vice President, Head of US Diversity and Inclusion, and President of the Novartis US Foundation.
