J. Walter Thompson Worldwide has announced the appointment of Maria Gianoutsos to Chief Creative Talent Officer. Gianoutsos will partner with Chief Talent Officer Laura Agostini and Chief Creative Officer Matt Eastwood.
She comes from The Talent Business where she spent the last six years and will be based in the New York office.
