Ross Jenkins Joins RAPP NY as SVP, Experience Analytics

RAPP Worldwide, a global creative agency has named Ross Jenkins as SVP, Experience Analytics, for it’s New York office. Jenkins will report to New York President Justin Thomas-Copeland.

“Ross is a fantastic addition to our leadership team here in New York,” said Thomas-Copeland, in a statement. “His focus on understanding people and measuring value-creation will be at the epicenter of our value proposition. As we help clients connect to customers and markets in more progressive, digitally-led ways, Ross will define what success looks like. He will then track that the experiences we develop really matter to our clients’ businesses and customers. I am delighted to have Ross lead our analytics practice and look forward to leveraging his expertise as RAPP New York delivers progressive, high-impact solutions to new and prospective clients.”

Prior to this position, Jenkins served as Managing Partner and Global Vice President of Analytics and Data Platforms at GroupM Xaxis. He has also served as Head of Analytics for Comcast, where he was responsible for managing digital sales, product offer management and acquisition efforts for Comcast.com.

Jenkins’ hire continues a series of new talent for the flagship office including Gabe Weiss, Chief Strategy Officer; Mark Weidner, SVP Technology and Tanya Shepley, SVP Healthcare NAM.

“In-roads have been made in understanding marketing’s impact at the point-of-sale, at the shelf, in our homes and across devices. The use of 1stand 2nd party data creates unique opportunities, but cross-journey measurement is the real challenge even for the boldest practitioner,” Jenkins added. “RAPP is pushing further and diving deeper into consumer behavioral measurement every day – working tirelessly to create more seamless journeys for our clients and impactful experiences for consumers. It’s exactly where I belong and I’m thrilled to be here.”
