Rob Roy had joined Sprint as chief digital officer, according to an announcement in the beginning of December.
In this new role at Sprint, Roy, who will report to Kevin Crull, Sprint’s president of omnichannel sales, is responsible for improving customer experience by advancing and helping to streamline the company’s use of online and mobile technology.
Roy, a graduate of James Madison University, was previously at Comcast and lead product development and sales across all digital channels.
“I’m excited to help drive Sprint’s transformation,” Roy said in a statement. “Today’s consumer demands a seamless experience across retail, web-based and mobile platforms, and Sprint has the resources and commitment to deliver a world-class customer experience.”
