Netflix caught the attention of Gilmore Girl fans once again by a single tweet.
Where’s an eighth grade science fair when you need one? #GilmoreGirls pic.twitter.com/6qYnjbn32q
— Netflix US (@netflix) December 28, 2016
This tweet refers to April’s science fair experiment that led her to discover that her father was Luke.
For some, it may not mean much but for true Gilmore Girl fans, this could mean exactly what they are hoping for-closure and the answer to the question that all of us our wondering. Who is the father of Rory’s baby?
In the revival that released Thanksgiving weekend, The Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, Lorelai and her longtime love Luke finally got married, and Rory was going to write a book about her and her mother’s lives.
Then, there were those four magic words:
Rory: Mom?
Lorelai: Yeah?
Rory: I’m pregnant.
And this has left most of us wondering the question to the same question Netflix addressed in their tweet.
Whether it’s a marketing stunt or a hint on a sequel revival, the internet is left speculating:
