Creative agency Arnold Worldwide is changing the agency’s North American leadership structure by designing it to bring forth innovative capabilities and solutions to further enhance the client experience and fuel client and agency growth agendas, according to a recent annpuncement by CEO Pam Hamlin. As part of its strategic plan for the future, Arnold will tap the expertise of proven agency leaders within this new structure and bring its legacy of award-winning creativity to emerging platforms to become an even stronger creative business partner to the modern CMO.
Sasha Hartman, formerly EVP, Executive Marketing Director, has been elevated to President, Chief Client Officer in Boston.
In her new role, Hartman will be tasked with overseeing the Boston client portfolio and enhancing the overall client experience. As part of her charge, she will also lead the Marketing department in Boston, helping to shape the vision for the capability, service delivery and talent. Hartman will continue to serve as a trusted business advisor to key clients and will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing solutions to ultimately drive the partnerships and work forward
Elliott Seaborn, formerly Managing Director, Boston, has been named Chief Growth Officer for Arnold’s North American operations. Prior to joining Arnold in 2011 to co-lead the Marketing function, Seaborn spent nearly a decade at Digitas, where he played a critical role in new business, repositioning the agency and overseeing key brands on the client roster, including some of the largest pieces of the General Motors account. As Arnold’s Chief Growth Officer, Seaborn will lead business and brand development for the agency. He will be tasked with driving Arnold’s brand reputation forward, helping to shape its strategic vision and point-of-view in the marketplace. In addition, he will refine and develop capabilities and service models to keep ahead of changing industry trends and better meet brand marketers’ growth strategies. Seaborn will continue to serve as Executive Sponsor across several current client accounts.
Lisa Unsworth, Managing Partner, CMO, whose tenure with Arnold began in 1998, has been appointed Managing Director, Director of Growth Platforms for North America. Unsworth began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi working on a range of CPG assignments for P&G and General Mills. She then moved to Houston Herstek Favat, where she was ultimately named agency President. Throughout her career, Unsworth has led award-winning work for iconic brands and public health organizations, including the truth® campaign, an anti-smoking effort that was recognized as one of the Top 10 Ad Campaigns of the 21st Century by AdAge. In her new role, Unsworth will provide executive marketing leadership across several Arnold clients and serve as a growth advisor across the agency’s entire portfolio, bringing new platforms and capabilities to current clients. In addition, she will drive expanded integration opportunities between Arnold, Havas Village Boston entities and the broader Havas network.
