“I’m extremely excited to join the RAPP NY team,” Shepley added.. “The pace of change in the healthcare sector is accelerating, with historic investment driving disruption around every aspect of how care is delivered. This comes as the health and wellness markets are undergoing a transformation in how they engage customers, which creates new opportunities around how clients and brands approach business strategies. I believe the RAPP network has a number of elements that can be transformative for healthcare and a unique proposition that can be tailored to help companies in the sector create more meaningful customer relationships.”
